Fill in this short form. We email you a link to the Association's Official Proxy already filled in with your answers. You review it and sign it on your phone or computer. It takes about two minutes.

This page fills in the Association's Official Proxy with your answers so you can sign it electronically. Your proxy holder, Michael Kromm, must cast your votes exactly as you mark them. When you sign, we email you a copy of your signed proxy and send a copy to the Association's manager, who collects proxies and provides them to the auditor. All votes must be delivered to the manager by 5:45 PM Central to be counted in the 2026 election. This form will close at 5:40 PM Central to allow time for a full electronic record to be delivered to the auditor.
